Dylan Winchester, Director of Marketing & Events Coordinator

Our Director of Marketing and Events Coordinator, Dylan Winchester has a colorful professional background that includes food and beverage, as well as event and lease management. Born and raised in Whiteland, Indiana, he reminisces on the days spent alongside his grandmother, surrounded by the sweet smells of her kitchen. The roots of his hard work ethic stem from Dylan working at a very young age. He has had plenty of time to develop his “solution-based” leadership style, attributed to both honesty and transparency. 

Dylan has always been a big dreamer who can bring thought to fruition. His aspirations to experience more than his hometown and seeking a higher education brought him to Johnson & Wales University, Charlotte. Here, he graduated with an associates in Culinary Arts and his bachelor’s degree in Sports, Entertainment and Event Management. 

While extending his working knowledge of food in culinary school, Dylan maintained steady employment. This included gaining experience in BOH catering and restaurant work; as well as becoming a leasing agent, where he used his event management and marketing skills. Dylan Winchester met Victoria Martinez while attending JWU.

Winchester is a perfectionist at heart and his skill set, eye for detail, and cohesiveness will prompt awareness of Good Company and what we are trying to achieve. Dylan is very hands-on, efficient and in the moment. He brings out a positive sense of urgency to those surrounding him

During his time off, Dylan enjoys reading, writing, photography, planning his next vacation, and traveling with his dog, Khaleesi
